Shipping costs are as follows: Orders under $75 have flat rate $9 shipping Australia wide. Orders over $75 have free shipping Australia wide. For any international shipping enquires please contact us for a quote.

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of order/payment. I use Australia Post standard shipping for all parcels, with tracking number provided. Signature on delivery is strongly recommended, however if you select Authority to Leave, the parcel will be left in accordance with Australia Post’s Authority to Leave procedures. Cinnamon & Clove will not accept any liability for missing packages if the Authority to Leave option is selected.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is given and the parcel is returned to sender for re-dispatch, the new postage charges will be payable by the customer to re-send the parcel to the correct address. Please ensure you check the address carefully to prevent any mis-deliveries or failed deliveries.

Return requests will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of these provisions

If there is a fault with any product, please contact me so that I can arrange for the product to be returned and inspected. A replacement product will be offered for any returned goods that are found to be faulty, and will be dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of the returned product.

If a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law provisions, this will be processed back to the same account/card that was used for original payment within 5 business days of receipt of the returned product.
